January 16, 2011 , posted under actionscript flash flash games IDAT102 programming After doing some more research into firework games I came accross this simulation game which allows the user to set up a fireworks show with various customisable fireworks and to then view the show when they are happy with the set up. I think that the effects this game uses for the fireworks are very good and I would like to try and create a similar effect. I think that my idea for a firework game is a viable option. Read more...

October 3, 2010 , posted under favourite website google reader My favourite website would have to be Google Reader. This is because: The site is minimalistic and aesthetically pleasing. Easy to use. Lots of content available by RSS feed. AJAX enables a good user experience, as posts are loaded as you scroll down the page. The site is well integrated with other websites (e.g you can add new feeds to your reader page via a link on the website) I can gain access to content that interests me. Read more...
